When It Comes to Community, Colonial Cares

Simple Independence
From adults who want to enrich their independent lifestyle to those who may need specialized care or assistance with medicine or meals, Colonial's wide range of state-of-the-art services and amenities offers support without compromising care or autonomy.

As one of Butler County's oldest and most respected not-for-profit providers of community services, we provide health expos, safe driving classes, transportation, total wellness and more – Colonial offers the residents of Berkeley Square, Westover and the Greater Hamilton area the chance to live their lives to the fullest.

Healthy Living
We help keep our residents and the community committed to an ongoing awareness of total healthy living that is both stress-free and fun:
  • Bever Wellness Center: Health and fitness, training and social activities, aqua and massage therapy – experience good health and good times in a place that offers more than a fitness club or gym.
  • Health Screenings:  For adults 55 and older in the Butler County area, free screenings are available monthly at Berkeley Square for blood pressure monitoring and blood sugar level testing.
  • Annual Health & Wellness Expo:  This annual wellness expo encourages adults over 50 in the Hamilton community to focus on healthy living trends.  From hearing, vision and blood screenings to interactive sessions such as Tai Chi and yoga, our Health & Wellness Expo features flu vaccinations, exercise methods and more to promote total wellness for life.

"My grandmother is now a recipient of Meals-on-Wheels, and I know this was a big step for her. She was very unsure if she wanted that extra help, and I saw how much she appreciated it. I enjoy volunteering because it is very rewarding knowing that I am helping out whomever I can."
